Patty Laney has seventeen years of educational experience in Missouri. She has fourteen years of leadership experience and enjoys helping teachers help children and young adults. She has provided leadership in several instructional improvement strategies to increase performance of struggling learners.
She has presented nationally and at the state level on effective ways to build and sustain an effective intervention system so more students meet educational standards. She has provided on-site staff development for several schools across the country in the area of effective intervention system and building evidenced-based co-teaching model to support learning.
